Dalam supervisinya, mahasiswa didorong untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang mereka pelajari di kampus ke dalam dunia kerja nyata dengan pendekatan yang profesional.
Kegiatan OJT ini juga menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk mengeksplorasi potensi diri, memahami dinamika kerja, serta mempersiapkan diri menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Melalui program ini, mereka tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman berharga, tetapi juga membangun jaringan yang bermanfaat bagi karier mereka ke depan.
