How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by the school's LMS Admin. Students sign in with their NIS, teachers and staff with their NIP, while parents use the username issued by the school.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in page, or contact the LMS Admin if the account does not yet have a recovery email.
Why is my grade not showing yet?
Grades become visible after the teacher releases or publishes them. Grades that are still being reviewed are intentionally not shown.
Why can I not start a Secure Exam?
Make sure the exam window is open, you are registered as a participant, your location is within the required area, and the room token is still active.
What is the difference between a Quiz and a Secure Exam?
Quizzes are used for practice or formative assessment. Secure Exams are used for official assessments that require location verification, room tokens, supervision, and integrity records.
Can I use the system on a phone?
Yes. The interface adapts to the screen size. Secure Exams may require device location permission, depending on the exam settings.
